is looking for a polished, professional, and corporate savvy Occupational Health Registered Nurse
to join our client in Syracuse, NY part-time (16 hours).
Hours: First shift, hours/days are flexible
Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Registered Nurse
- Occupational Health
- Assessment and nursing care for occupational and non-occupational illnesses and injuries
- Perform Physicals
- Emergency response
- Nursing, laboratory, and technical skills necessary to provide pre-placement and occupational medical surveillance examinations
- Health counseling as needed
- Collaborate with other members of the occupational health team such as occupational physicians, EHS personnel and Human Resources
- Act as intermediary for disability and workers' compensation issues.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- COHN RN with 2 years of occupational health experience
- experience with audiometry and spirometry a big plus
- CPR and ACLS preferred
- Must have an who understanding of workers compensation case management and OSHA Log
- Weekends and holidays off
